I highly recommend Kiran Kaur and the entire team at BPW Tax and Accounting Services. Kiran is extremely knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about her clients. What really sets Kiran apart is her ability to explain complex tax and accounting matters in a clear and practical way. She takes the time to understand your business and financial situation, answer questions thoroughly, and provide thoughtful guidance rather than simply preparing your taxes.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Dustin was incredible but unfortunately with this new place communication was consistently poor, deadlines were missed, and they often seemed unaware of what was going on with my account. At one point, they even emailed me another client’s personal tax documents, which is a serious privacy and professionalism issue. After more than ten unacceptable interactions, I had already decided never to work with them again. Their recent reminder mailer didn’t bring me back. It only reminded me to finally write this review.

Can not recommend at all. We were with Dustin for many years and never had an issue and when he merged his business with BPW everything went downhill. Constant promises of tax returns will be complete the next day, the next week, the next day, etc. for them to be completed late. I wouldn't even mind if they are late as long as they are within extension and we don't pay any extra fees/interest. But the constant assurances they would be done the next day and not was absurd -- just give the realistic date of completion. Due to the delays, we were told we would not be charged for the service and were not until receiving invoices a full year later. They called every day seeking a resolution to the payment situation until we came to an agreement on what was fair (despite their earlier promises of not being charged). The next day we were notified by CA FTB they did not file correctly and we need to send in an amendment. When checking with them, suddenly no response and we were ghosted.
