AGR Homes did an amazing job creating my outdoor Zen garden. The project was completed on time, the craftsmanship was excellent, and the attention to detail really brought the vision to life. I’m so happy with their work that I’ve now hired them for my bathroom remodel as well. Their communication, professionalism, and quality of work have been outstanding from start to finish. Highly recommend AGR Homes to anyone looking for a reliable contractor who takes pride in what they do.

Full-House New Construction — Hermosa Beach AGR Homes Inc. built our Hermosa Beach home from the ground up, and the experience reaffirmed what I look for in a builder: discipline, accountability, and craftsmanship that holds up to scrutiny. A ground-up build is a different animal than a remodel. The margin for error narrows at every stage — site prep, foundation, framing, MEP rough-ins, inspections, finishes — and any weakness in the team shows up quickly. AGR's crew handled every phase with the kind of structure and sequencing you'd expect from a builder that takes the work seriously. Inspections cleared without drama. Trades were coordinated rather than colliding. The project moved the way it was supposed to move. The finished home reflects that discipline. Lines are clean, materials were specified and installed correctly, and the build quality is evident in the details most homeowners never see — the framing behind the drywall, the rough plumbing, the electrical layout. The house was built right, not just finished nicely. Communication throughout was professional and proactive. Issues were surfaced early, decisions were documented, and budgets were managed transparently. There were no surprises at closeout, which is something every owner appreciates and very few builders actually deliver. I would hire AGR Homes Inc. again without hesitation and recommend them to anyone planning a ground-up custom build in the South Bay. They build for the long term, and it shows.

Full-House Remodel — Manhattan Beach Working with AGR Homes Inc. on the complete remodel of my Manhattan Beach home was, without exaggeration, one of the smoothest construction experiences I've had — and I don't say that lightly. A full-house remodel is the kind of project where small oversights compound quickly into expensive problems, and AGR simply didn't let that happen. From the first walkthrough to final punch list, their team operated with a level of discipline and attention to detail that's genuinely rare in residential construction. Timelines were communicated clearly and held. Change orders were documented properly. Subcontractors showed up when they were supposed to, and the site was managed like a job site should be — organized, protected, and professional. What stood out most was the quality of the finished work. Every trade — framing, finish carpentry, tile, paint, fixtures — was executed to a standard that held up under close inspection. The home doesn't just look renovated; it feels built. That's a distinction only becomes obvious once you've lived in it for a while. I'd recommend AGR Homes Inc. without hesitation to anyone undertaking a serious remodel or new construction project in the South Bay. They price their work for responsibility, and they deliver accordingly.
