Brilliantbuilds General Contractors managed our full home remodeling project in Manhattan Beach, including a new bathroom addition, plumbing and electrical upgrades, reroofing, hardwood floor refinishing, new kitchen countertops, dishwasher installation, and interior and exterior painting. Brent did a great job coordinating the subcontractors, keeping each phase of the renovation organized and moving on time. We also received bathroom design renderings, and the completed space matched the plans very closely, which gave us a lot of confidence throughout the process. We lived in the house during most of the remodel, and the crew worked carefully to reduce disruption, keep the jobsite manageable, and make daily life as comfortable as possible. Whenever we had questions or needed updates, Brent responded quickly and handled everything in a professional and helpful way. The workmanship across every part of the project was high quality, from the finish details to the major construction work. Overall, we are very pleased with the results and would strongly recommend them for anyone planning a home renovation or remodeling project.

i hired a remodeling team to update my dad’s bathroom, and the whole space really needed a full refresh. The old bath had moisture damage and was in rough shape, so we wanted a complete bathroom remodel with better finishes, a cleaner layout, and updated fixtures. Since i was not staying at the home, they made the process very easy to manage from a distance. They met me at the house, stayed on schedule, and kept a very professional service level from start to finish. They gave me a clear estimate, a solid timeline, and explained each phase of the renovation work so i knew what to expect. I did not have time to shop for tile, a vanity, or other materials, so I asked them to handle the full design-build process. brent would send photos and updates by text, which made it simple for me to review options, give input, and approve selections without delays. That extra communication really helped the project move smoothly. The finished bathroom remodel came out great. The new bath and shower area looks beautiful, the tile flooring was installed with care, and the new vanity fits the space perfectly. Everything feels clean, updated, and much more functional for everyday use. The workmanship and attention to detail stood out, and the entire remodeling experience was smooth and well organized. I would gladly use them again for future home improvement projects and would definitely recommend them.

The workmanship was excellent, and you could see the care in every detail, from the installation to the finishing touches. They kept the project organized, respected my home, and made the renovation feel far less stressful than I expected. My new kitchen feels open, modern, and practical for daily use, and the quality of the results really stands out. Ryan has been working on my home for many years and has handled both small repairs and major remodeling projects. He has completed drywall patching, interior painting, lighting updates, and full flooring replacement, including tile and carpet. His crew is punctual, professional, and does solid workmanship while keeping the house clean and treated with care. Most recently, they remodeled my bathroom, and the whole process went smoothly from demo to finish work. One part of the project included removing two very large plate glass mirrors that covered two walls. They handled that part with great care, removing each mirror in one piece and cutting neatly around the edges without damaging the surrounding wallpaper. That level of detail really showed their skill and experience. Ryan has consistently delivered quality home improvement work, stayed on schedule, and charged exactly what was quoted. I have worked with many contractors over the years, so I pay close attention to reliability, communication, and finish quality. It took a strong recommendation for me to move forward with remodeling, and I am very glad I did. After many successful projects together, I can confidently say Ryan is dependable, careful, and easy to work with. I highly recommend him for bathroom remodeling, flooring, drywall, paint, lighting, and other home renovation needs.

We hired BrilliantBuilds General Contractors for a bathroom remodel and vanity upgrade next to the primary bedroom in our condo in Manhattan Beach, and the whole experience was excellent. From the first consultation through planning, design, permits, project management, and the final finish work, the team was knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to work with. As first-time homeowners going through a remodel, we had a lot to learn, and they guided us through every step with clear communication and great attention to detail. They explained the remodeling process in simple terms, kept us updated on the timeline, and made sure the bathroom finishes, fixtures, tile work, and vanity installation were completed beautifully. The space now feels more functional, polished, and comfortable. We would absolutely work with them again for a future kitchen remodel and our second bathroom renovation.
