Highly recommend company: Skyrise Home Renovation Service Manhattan Beach. We got an estimate for remodeling 2 bathrooms and a kitchen, and the whole process felt organized from the start. the sales rep was knowledgeable and professional, and he took the time to answer all mine and my uncle s questions about materials, layout ideas, scheduling, and the renovation steps. Out of 7 other estimates we reviewed, this one was not the cheapest, but it felt like the right choice because the scope of work was clear and the pricing made sense for the quality. The first call discount also helped make the project more affordable for us. After about 8 weeks of remodeling work, i can honestly say it was a very good experience. Everything that was discussed was completed, and even some small finishing details were handled better than expected. Great communication with robert, our project manager, and also with the crew throughout the bathroom and kitchen renovation. the workers kept us updated, stayed professional in our home, and did solid work on the tile, fixtures, cabinets, and finishing touches. it was nice to see the project move along with good coordination and attention to detail. first good experience with contractors in years, and we are definitely planning to hire them again for another home improvement project.

My wife and I opened our new dental office, and working with Skyrise Home Renovation Service Manhattan Beach was a great experience from start to finish. While comparing different contractors for this remodeling project, we quickly felt this team was the right fit. The proposal was clear, professional, and delivered on time, and their knowledge of planning, build-out work, and finish details really stood out. During the design and planning stage, they listened carefully to our ideas and made sure our input was included. If a certain layout choice or construction detail was not the best option, they explained it in a simple and honest way so we understood the reason. That made the whole remodeling process feel smooth and well managed. Matthew and the crew were very responsive throughout the construction phase. He was always easy to reach by call or text, and communication stayed quick and professional. When we asked for changes during the build, they were flexible and helpful, and they worked with us to make those updates happen without stress. The team helped create the dental office we had been hoping for, with quality workmanship and attention to detail throughout the renovation. Even after the project was completed, they continued to check in, which showed they truly care about their clients and stand behind their work. It felt like a real long-term relationship, not just a one-time construction job.

They handled several home improvement projects for me, including backyard landscaping, a bathroom remodel, and new flooring installation throughout the house. I’m beyond happy with how beautiful my backyard turned out. The fresh lawn, the nicely paved walkway, the calming water fountain, and the bright colorful flowers completely transformed the outdoor living space and made it feel warm, inviting, and well designed for everyday use. The bathroom remodel also came out even better than I first imagined. I really appreciated Robert’s suggestion to add a wall ledge in the shower. It’s such a smart and practical feature, and it keeps all of my shampoo and conditioner organized without needing a plastic shower caddy. That small design upgrade made a big difference in both function and appearance. I also loved the flooring plan. The mix of tile and hardwood was a great choice, and Nolan had the excellent idea to use the different materials to define the family room from the rest of the house. It gave the interior a custom remodeled look while still feeling natural and cohesive from room to room. The whole crew was professional, respectful, and careful to keep the work area clean during the project. Their craftsmanship, attention to detail, and design input really stood out. I’m extremely pleased with the final results and would absolutely use them again for any future remodeling or outdoor renovation work.

I have never had service like this with a home remodeling team. Their professionalism, clear communication, and the quality of the renovation work truly make them one of a kind. The biggest thing that stood out to me was their honesty, which is hard to find. They stayed focused on every detail of the project and made sure the work in my home was done right. From the planning stage to the final touches, the crew was respectful, skilled, and committed to making sure I was completely happy with the results. I highly recommend them to anyone in Manhattan Beach looking for top-quality remodeling work, dependable service, and honest people.

A few years ago, we took over a couple of abandoned fourplex properties and needed a full rebuild and major home remodeling plan. We reached out to many contractors, but because of local permit and city regulation issues, no one was able to move the project forward. Then a friend referred us to company: Skyrise Home Renovation Service Manhattan Beach in Manhattan Beach. After a few conversations, we met robert, and he was very knowledgeable about the construction process, planning, permits, and structural renovation work. he explained everything clearly, gave honest feedback, and assured us he would handle the project step by step. We really appreciated how direct and straightforward he was, because it helped us feel confident from the start. From the early design and planning stages to the final rebuild, the crew stayed organized, neat, and clean. the whole experience was smooth, professional, and very positive, and we are very pleased with the quality of the workmanship, communication, and overall remodeling results.
