The team explained that installation would take about 4 to 6 weeks, and Marvin, our contract representative, let us know to expect around 4 weeks. We appreciated the clear communication and how organized everything was from the start. Although we were eager for an update after 4 weeks, the office let us know that the timeline in the contract goes up to 6 weeks and that they typically call customers the week installation is scheduled. Since it's summertime and schedules can get busy, it would have been helpful to get a heads-up a couple of weeks before the installation date, just for planning purposes. Once installation began, the crew worked quickly and efficiently, and the results look great. Overall, we are very satisfied with the professional service and quality work provided by the team.
