Our archival photography studio's indoor humidity had been reading 68% for 18 months — damaging stored client prints — and two filter replacements we did ourselves never resolved it. The technician cleaned the evaporator coil with antimicrobial treatment, cleared a blocked condensate drain, and restored the blower wheel to full airflow capacity, dropping our humidity to a stable 47% within 24 hours of the service.

We went ahead with an AC replacement after frequent breakdowns, and the new system cools faster and runs smoother, it honestly removed a lot of stress during hot days.

Our AC was making a terrible rattling noise and barely cooling. The AC compressor repair team identified the problem quickly the compressor was failing. They replaced it with a new, efficient model. The house is now cool and quiet. Very happy with the prompt and professional service.

The heater not working in the middle of the night was a major worry for me, but they had a technician at my place first thing in the morning. They repaired it in a jiffy, and the cost was more than reasonable. The communication was simply excellent from the beginning to the end. I will definitely come back to them again!

The technician arrived promptly for my AC service and was very thorough. He cleaned the condenser coils, replaced the filters, and tested the thermostat. I feel more comfortable in my home now that the AC is running efficiently. Excellent service from start to finish!
