Working with Noelle Interiors was an incredible experience from start to finish. I purchased custom furniture for my beach house along with a selection of beautiful pillows from her Manhattan Beach shop, and everything exceeded expectations. The quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail are outstanding—and her eye for creating pieces that feel both elevated and livable is unmatched. The entire process felt thoughtful, seamless, and truly personalized. Highly recommend if you’re looking to create a space that feels special and effortlessly refined.

I would give this company a negative rating if I could. I purchased a product with 2nd-day shipping but did not receive the shipping notice even days after I was supposed to receive the product. I emailed them twice and also sent a message through their website, but received NO RESPONSE. When I called the store, I spoke with a rude woman who hung up on me during my first call, claiming there was no connection. On my second call, she promised that they would refund my money by the end of the day. However, I never received the refund or any follow-up! I called again, but no one answered. I usually don't write reviews unless absolutely necessary, but this company is one of the worst I have ever dealt with in my recent online shopping experiences. They show no responsibility and have rude customer service! Please think twice before buying anything from this company. By the way, I had to dispute the charge since there was no other way to get my refund!

I don’t often write reviews but felt the need to write about my experience. I purchased an accessory from the website a week ago for $518. My credit card was charged $534.67 which included shipping. I emailed a few days later to inquire about the date of shipping. No response. I called two days later and spoke with a nice lady who said that the person who handles this only works Fridays and weekends. I called again on Friday and was told by the same lady that there was a mistake on the website and that the item was actually $850 even though they already charged my card. She then asked if I still wanted the item. Of course not. I was told the manager was off until next week so she couldn’t help me with a refund. She was appropriately apologetic; however, changing the price after the transaction took place left a bad taste. Now I have to dispute the charge on my card. It’s a hassle I didn’t need.

I built a new 2 unit condo in Hermosa Beach with Noelle. Her team was highly educated and very creative. The homes are beautiful due to the work that Noelle was capable of. I would highly recommend Noelle Interiors.
