Braden with HomeShield Pest Control was fantastic! He was professional, friendly, and called ahead to provide his ETA, which I really appreciated. He wore booties while inside the house, showing great respect for our home. He took the time to thoroughly explain the issues, answer all of my questions, and walk me through his recommendations without any pressure. The quote was also very reasonable. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend Braden and HomeShield Pest Control.

Sean is so detailed and thorough with his treatment plan and walked through every part of our house to see where the ants were coming from. He is kind, respectful, professional and knowledgeable. After being overrun with ants this summer I am confident our problems are behind us. Thanks Sean!

So happy I found Home Shield! Top tier customer service and pricing. Brian was efficient, thorough, and so kind. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for eco friendly pest control!

Excellent and effective service! Everybody should have a quarterly plan. Xavier (sorry if I got name wrong:) was very. Lear in explaining processes and expectations. Also very clear about action steps to pay attention to post treatment. Thanks much…the wasps are gone!!!

Excellent service! My technician was Leon Jones. I hope I have the correct HomeShield location for this review. Leon gave me great recommendations and saved me a bunch of money as I was blown away by the quote this other company gave me! Leon was very personable and very honest in his assessment. I appreciated that very, very much. No wonder HomeShield has great reviews!
