I had an outstanding experience with this roofing company for a small commercial building in Manhattan Beach. They handled the roof tear-off and replacement with great planning, keeping the property protected the whole time. The crew was polite, efficient, and very clean, and they used tarps around the building so we did not have to worry about debris or extra clean-up. Cesar was excellent to work with. He inspected the roofing issues before the tear-off and explained practical solutions to improve drainage and long-term roof performance. They also installed new gutters and repaired an exterior door, which really helped complete the project. The whole job was finished in just a few days, and their follow-up and communication were excellent. I highly recommend them for commercial roofing work.

i first thought i only needed a gutter repair, but after the roof started leaking, it was clear the problem was more serious. manhattan beach roofing experts was very responsive and straightforward about the condition of my roof, explained the previous wear, and helped me understand what insurance might cover. i never felt pushed into extra roofing work that was not needed. a visit from the insurance adjuster confirmed the same roof assessment and showed that the roof was in rough shape. from the time i signed the contract for the roof replacement, i felt confident everything was being handled the right way. scheduling was simple, and the crew completed the new roof installation in just one day, which was impressive. cesar, who managed the installation crew, stayed in contact before, during, and after the job to make sure the whole roofing project went smoothly. austin also made sure the details were handled well and that the work area was kept organized and clean. after several months, the roof is performing great. the attic leaks have stopped, and the new ridge vent improved attic airflow, which has helped lower heating and cooling costs. overall, the workmanship, communication, and roofing service were excellent.

After a major storm damaged my old roof, I had a full roofing system installed with specialty shingles in the color we wanted. Austin went the extra mile to track down the right materials, and the crew did an excellent job on the roof installation from start to finish. The new roof looks great, and since it was installed as a complete roofing package by a licensed preferred roofer, it came with a strong warranty for added peace of mind. Since the new roof was put on, we have had more heavy rain and rough weather, and it has held up perfectly. While many roofs in the area needed temporary cover after storms, our blue shingles stayed secure and in place because the work was done the right way. Austin was professional, easy to reach, and very responsive throughout the whole process. I highly recommend this roofing company to anyone who wants quality workmanship, dependable service, and a roof that looks beautiful and performs well.

On installation day, Cesar was on site to oversee the work and make sure everything went off without a hitch. He even provided a great drone video to show the finished roof, which looked fantastic. The following day, new gutters were installed quickly and professionally. The entire crew worked efficiently and kept a clean job site.
