At a surface glance, the offices here are great. However, the issue with this office space is building management's inability to fix persistent issues. 1. Elevators were regularly breaking down, trapping people inside for 2-3 hours at a time. In the span of a year there were at least 3 incidents. 2. Filthy restrooms for months on end. For nearly 6 months, the restrooms in a high-volume floor were infested with drain flies and their larvae. You would literally be using a urinal and worms would crawl out of the drain. 3. AC unit breaks constantly. During the hottest months of the year, our office does not have functioning air conditioning. Unacceptable. 4. Front gates to the parking lots are always broken. Building management is slow to fix chronic issues despite constant reporting.
