Took all of my personal and sensitive, confidential information only to deny the loan for being "ineligible" which sure if that's the case then fine but you COULD and SHOULD have rejected the initial application and business proposal instead of collecting my legal documents. Wasted several hours of my time and feels like I was scammed out of my identity. RUN
