They had to do a lot of rafter tail repairs and sanding on older home. Has both stucco and wood. Replaced over 40 feet of facia. Fixed many cracks and found 1 foot square bad stucco section by bathroom window. Had rain gutters added to help protect house and future facia damage. Rain gutters added another year of warranty. Had a few other bids and their's were a little higher but did not include repairs and removed awnings to do a thorough job.

The Lighthouse team is thorough, detailed, and eager to please. They painted the entire exterior of my house which took 7 full days. Small repairs were made, as promised, and everyone on the team is clearly very experienced and takes pride in their work. Nick gave me a detailed estimate when we first met, and I'm happy that everything worked out so well. I highly recommend Lighthouse!

Nick and his team were so helpful during the process of painting my house's interior. The painters found a serious leak in the ceiling, and thankfully they caught it early. I was able to get it repaired, and the painters returned a few days later to paint the ceiling. Nick helped me choose appropriate paint finishes for the different areas of my house, and the result looks great. I would definitely recommend them for interior painting!

Nick is great and he provided a dedicated and professional team who repaired the woodwork on the patio and repaired the water damaged stucco. All the employees were polite and there was minimal damage to the plants around the property during prep, which was greatly appreciated! Communication with prior, during and after were all excellent. Overall we are very pleased with the results and the house looks great. Highly recommend Lighthouse Painting.

In the mission to get our home painted - we contacted several companies and did our due diligence taking the time to find who we thought would be the best company. Many of the quotes we received were outrageous. Lighthouse bid on the job, the owner Nick came to do the walk through and gave us a very competitive offer. We ended up choosing his company out of a dozen candidates. The process was easy and hassle free. They did an outstanding job and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. The fixed a bunch of things that needed to be fixed - and painted our house modernizing the look maybe it feel brand new. It takes time to find the right people. We are happy that we found Nick. His crew and company is amazing.
