Ecola is amazing! We just had Will treat our home. He is the most knowledgable, hardworking and kind person. He went out of his way to squeeze into tight attic spaces to find every last termite. He went above and beyond what was called for and his customer service is next level. I highly recommend ecola and we will be renewing our contract with them yearly. We didn't want to fumigate our home and Will provided us with many other alternatives. We couldn't be happier.

Terrible company!!! Do not rely on them. My son scheduled an appointment with them. The day of the appointment they said they were running late so we rescheduled because we couldn’t wait longer for them. We had to reschedule and they never showed up or gave us a call to cancel. Waste of time!

We used the ECOLA in Los Angeles / Mission Hills and have been very happy with their services. Today we had a Rodent Inspection with Jay, and he was a pro. He identified all the areas where the rats were entering the house, and he was able to seal those, as well as set traps in the event that there were any in the attics or garage where they had been prior.

I've had an issue with wasps every year as soon as the warm weather days start. This is in an area of my property I rent out and has caused concern because every day there would be at least 10 wasps inside two areas. I've had companies out before but couldn't help because the wasps were active around the eaves of my second floor roof. Hard to get to. Well, Jay (Now I call him Jay The Wasp Man) came to the rescue last week! He knew what to do and it worked! No more wasps!!! I am a very happy customer thanks to Jay!

Their service is prompt and very professional. Joe recommended that I call right away when I see new signs of termite activity again. I have an annual service contract with them. He made me feel that his company is happy to fulfill their end of the contract.
