Construction Dias is a phenomenal construction service company. I worked closely with Jair, the owner, to get several services done at my home, including fixing a bad electrical connection in my attic, passing networking cables for my networking mesh wifi system, and dry wall patching. He did a quick and yet thorough job - being stickler for excellent service, which takes longer and can be more expensive, but I have no hesitation in having service done well rather than cheap and flimsy. He is very particular about the wires being properly secured, electrical wiring being done safely and to code, and dry wall being patched smoothly. It almost didn't need paint, but he also did the painting really well, where its now invisible. His prices are actually very good for the quality of the service and the attention/time spent on detail. Likely what I would have paid anyway for a lower quality service I have unfortunately seen from most contractors. Looking forward to working with him again.

We had Construction Dias remodel all four of the full bathrooms, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Jair communicated with us on the plan every step of the way and checked in regularly on the progress to keep us in the loop. The work was impeccable, with impressive attention to detail at every stage of the project. Every subcontractor Jair brought in was professional, punctual, and delivered high-quality work. One thing that really stood out was how clean they kept our house. They made sure everything was 100% cleaned up at the end of each day, which we really appreciated. The quotes and overall expenses were very clear and transparent from the start, and they stuck to the original budget without any surprises. We’re absolutely in love with the outcome and would highly recommend Construction Dias to anyone looking for reliable, top-quality remodeling work.

We had an exceptional experience with Jair and his crew. He delivers the highest quality work that really has enhanced our home beyond our expectations. You will feel very fortunate if he works on your home. An additional bonus is how they work very hard to keep the job site and our home as clean as possible at the end of each work day. We highly recommend!
