We had a great experience with Igancio and his entire team, and highly recommend them. They did a full renovation of my garage, converting it from a frightful late 1970s unfinished and dilapidated space into an amazing office/gym combo with built-ins, media center, hvac, newly constructed ceiling with storage space, etc. The work quality is excellent and was performed on time, on budget, and always with a great attitude. Communication was easy and frequent. We're looking forward to our next project with IGS!

I hired IGS to Re-plaster my home’s ceilings, and repair some defects in the walls, and the results were fantastic. The ceilings are now perfectly smooth and look brand new. The crew was professional, showed up on time each day, and kept the area surprisingly clean considering how messy this type of work can be. Highly recommend them if you’re thinking about updating your ceilings.

IGS Construction Recommendation Recently, we remodeled our home. The house was built in 1972 and needed a serious upgrade that included the kitchen, master and guest bathrooms as well as the master and guest bedrooms. In addition, the driveway and rear patio required replacement. To accomplish these tasks, we needed to hire a quality contractor who would give us a fair bid. We interviewed approximately 20 contractors until we met IGS. We selected them because of their honesty, fairness and family business. We discovered that we made the right decision. They were easy to talk to and always available to answer our questions. Maria took us to different businesses to help us select cabinets and fixtures to facilitate the remodel process. Furthermore, asbestos needed to be removed from the ceilings and floors. IGS put us in touch with a quality and affordable asbestos abatement company. IGS accomplished their tasks on time and on budget. The workers showed up on time and demonstrated quality workmanship. They kept the house secure and private. Invoices came on the contractual dates and there were no payment problems. We are very happy that we have chosen IGS construction and if we need construction in the future, they will be our first choice.

Phenomenal service with IGS! Their expertise transformed my kitchen and showed me that the remodeling process was worth it! From the first call to the last day working with them, they showed professionalism and poise with every detail. Ignacio proved me wrong about the construction business in where I was told to be cautious and not to trust contractors. He took the time to understand my dream kitchen and left me feeling confident that I chose the right person. The value of the project was great and Ignacio was responsive throughout the whole process. Can't say enough nice things about them as they truly deserve it! Would certainly recommend them to anyone in SoCal looking to get their home improved!

Ignacio and his team are professional, courteous, and do a great job. Him and his team went above and beyond while working on my bathroom remodel. IGS’s pricing is quite reasonable though their work quality is top notch. I would not hesitate to hire them again. Thank you Ignacio, Maria and the whole team who worked on my bathroom remodel.
