IYI removed our grass and installed artificial turf in August 2022. We had four areas in our front yard and one large area in our back yard that were replaced. It took them 2 days to demo and 2 days to prep and install. The installation went flawlessly, and the outcome is fantastic. They added some undulations in all areas to make the turf look more natural. They added a trim around the edges, and it gives it a very clean look. The project managers were thorough and efficient and made sure we were totally satisfied with the job. We have had numerous neighbors drive by with glowing compliments and have told us that they love the new yard! Our gates got a bit scratched during the installation. IYI had their painter out the following week to stain the gates and they look brand new! We would highly recommend IYI for any construction that you may need.

The IYI Team did a fantastic job for me when they handled a major remodeling of my pool and spa along with landscaping involving replacing grass with artificial turf. The project managers Kerem and Mehmet were always totally professional and friendly and always available daily on site and/or on the phone when needed. They provided daily supervision with their workers and were always on site for me to consult with me whenever questions came up. The job proceeded efficiently and quickly without any delays. There were never issues wondering "why nobody turned up for the job yesterday"? The only "down day" was half a day once when it rained. Beyond that it was full bore ahead ahead six days a week on the site until the job was finished including pool startup when it was finished. No delays! Also, an important plus for me was how they were always aware and sensitive to what they were doing which might impact my next door neighbors vis a vis sound and dust. Redoing a pool is bound to be loud and dusty (it was) and they're actively proactive when they introduced themselves the first day to explain who they were and what the job was all about and let them know how they could contact them directly whenever they had issues. Finally, when it was finished it was beautiful! There is no question that I'm very pleased to rate this company 5 Stars. In all aspects. Bill A.

The experience during the process of the garage and front yard remodel was excellent! We had just had the interior renovated and had an addition completed with the previous year where with a different contractor and wished we had originally found IYI to complete that project. Kerem and Mehmet were very receptive to our input and provided knowledgeable feedback on what would and would not work well. They were also helpful with providing options that would work within our budget. Communication from IYI throughout the renovations was great with ongoing updates on how the jobs were proceeding. Their construction team members were prompt, polite, and knowledgeable in their respective fields. We are grateful that the IYI Remodeling & Construction was able to create curb appeal for our home and complete a garage that's almost too nice in which to park our cars.

In order to make good use of our space, we were looking to have our interior walls removed and restructured into a pantry. I am very particular and obtained 5 separate consultations. I investigated the Better Business Bureau website and looked at each Contractor's website as well. While looking at IYI Remodeling & Construction's website, I originally wondered if the testimonials were possibly actors. To my surprise, there was a testimonial of someone I knew, so I knew it was legitimate. After doing my homework, we hired IYI Remodeling & Construction. I was very impressed with the hard workers who were not only quick with getting the work completed, but also were very friendly and eager to do a great job. Any concerns or questions that I brought up, they immediately replied, "Yes, we will make it perfect for you!" That is exactly what they did. This is one of the decisions that I have made that I am happy about. No regrets! I would definitely refer IYI Remodeling & Construction to my friends and family. (:

I contacted IYI Remodeling and Construction through social media. They responded to my email timely and was able to schedule my in-home estimate within the same week. Project manager, Kerem, came out to provide me an estimate on my interior projects. He was very professional and provided me with detailed estimate of my projects. He was able to assist me through the material selection process and made the overwhelming process easy. I had IYI Remodeling upgrade all the counter tops in my home including kitchen with an extended island, master bathroom and two other bathrooms. I absolutely love my new granite counter tops. I also hired IYI Remodeling to refinish my cabinets and install engineered wood flooring throughout the upstairs of my home. The workers were very professional and always showed up on time. Kerem was present during the entire project and updated me daily and answered all my questions in a timely manner. I was absent throughout the most part of the project due to my work schedule, but was worry free since I felt that I was in good hands and my projects were being supervised. I recommended IYI Remodeling to a few of my close friends and scheduled them to do my next project, interior painting. If you are looking to upgrade your home and seeking professional assistance, you should give this company a try.
