Sales representative was terrific and helped through the options and colors. Received samples on time, verified stock and delivery was perfect. Installation was excellent, no visible seams and the steps were perfect. What can I say, we are pleased with service, price, installation and results.

Our money pit house revealed one disaster after another with incompetent inspectors and workers bungling nearly everything they touched. So after the flood which necessitated moving the carpet replacement forward, I was braced for yet another project where I would have to go around afterwards and touch up paint or fix broken trim, blah blah blah. But none of that happened. I got the carpet I really wanted that another store quoted me nearly twice the price with a flawless install.

I’ve lived a long life, and in that life I have been to MANY flooring stores and out of all of them this is by far the best stores I have been to, bill was the nicest person I have ever met being in his presence reminded me of my home town in Kentucky. from the pleasant smell of flooring to the many different variety’s of carpet. This has been a truly insightful experience would recommend to a friend or co worker. thank you

We recently had luxury vinyl plank and carpet installed by Sterling Carpet and Flooring, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The entire experience—from the first consultation to the final installation—was smooth, stress-free, and really enjoyable. A special shout-out to Delis, our sales rep, who was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was laid-back, never pushy, and made everything feel easy and low-pressure. That kind of approach really stood out to me, and it set the tone for the whole process. Everyone else we interacted with at Sterling was just as friendly and professional—no pressure, no gimmicks, and no feeling like we were being upsold or taken advantage of. The floors look fantastic, and I’m so glad we went with them. We chose Sterling based on a recommendation from a neighbor, and I’ll definitely be passing along that recommendation to others.
