From the person that took our call to the text communication to the repairman they sent out…all A+’s! Anthony was fantastic. We are waiting for our new A/C unit to be arrive but Anthony showed up today within the window I was told and was able to get our dying unit working again while we wait for the new one. I called first thing Wed. morning and spoke with cheerful Richard, who booked me the first appt. on Thurs. morning. The technician, also Richard, arrived right on time (he was actually early and waited until I was ready for our 8 AM slot) and was the highlight of my experience for the combination of his excellent technical skills and his top-notch friendliness. Richard worked promptly to identify the issue, deftly made the repair, and patiently explained to me what went wrong and how he was fixing it. Within an hour, glorious cool air was flowing through my home and I was super pleased. This team comes with my highest recommendation - thank you, 1st Choice!

Of course my A/C decided to stop blowing cold air on the second hottest day of the week! Thankfully, 1st Choice Air Conditioning made the entire experience as stress free as possible. Scheduling the appointment online was quick and easy. James initially contacted me and was fantastic. He was able to find an earlier appointment for me, kept me updated throughout the process, and followed through on every commitment. Great communication from start to finish. Luke, the technician, arrived the very next day ahead of schedule and was equally as impressive as James. I received a text letting me know that Luke was on the way roughly 30 minutes before arrival. He was friendly, easygoing, and took the time to explain what he was checking and why at every step. I really appreciated how transparent and informative he was throughout the repair. I’m so glad that I found 1st choice AC, I chose them to help give a second opinion on my ac problem. Luke was amazing and super thorough. He really took the time to help explain to me the issues that he found. I appreciate the extra care and effort he put in. Also biggest thing is that instead having to replace three major things that the first company recommended, he mainly saw one major problem to be fixed. Which brings down the cost significantly. From what I could Tell, Luke is way more knowledgeable and more experienced than the first company that came out. I highly recommend 1st choice… and obviously, that’s why they’re called 1st Choice!
