Had a fantastic experience with this team from start to finish! They recently installed a new air conditioning unit for us, and the entire process was seamless. Their pricing was very competitive, and the staff, especially CJ, Jarred and the entire team and technicians were wonderful to work with—professional, friendly, and efficient. Highly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC service!

We have had some bad experiences in the past with heating and cooling contractors flipping wires on our unit just to make a sale or ask for crazy prices to fix the unit. Costal heating and cooling are by far one of the most easy to work with and honest companies out there. They will give you a fair evaluation and give you the options even if they are not making a buck out of it. I totally value this in a company and would definitely work with them in the future and recommend them.

My experience with Coastal Heating and Cooling was outstanding from start to finish! When the compressor on my old HVAC unit failed last week, CJ came to my rescue the very next day. He took the time to explain how everything worked, answered all of my questions, and presented several options that were best suited for my home without any pressure. After deciding to hire Coastal Heating and Cooling—on the recommendation of a friend—my installation was scheduled right away. Jarrod and Andrew, the installation team, were absolutely amazing! They were prompt, hardworking, trustworthy, and professional. They spent hours removing my old HVAC system from both outside and my extremely hot attic before installing a new unit and replacing the ductwork. On the second day, they completed the duct installation, helped me set up the thermostat, and even assisted with the app on my phone so I could control the system remotely. They were knowledgeable, patient, and kind, taking the time to answer every question and making sure I felt comfortable with my new system before they left. I highly recommend Coastal Heating and Cooling, especially CJ, Jarrod, and Andrew. Their exceptional customer service, expertise, and professionalism made what could have been a stressful experience completely seamless. I'm incredibly grateful for their hard work and couldn't be happier with the results!

I scheduled a tune-up for our original 25-year-old AC system, and Jimmy from Coastal Heating & Cooling was excellent from start to finish. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in terms we could understand. Rather than trying to sell us something we didn't need, he gave us an honest assessment of our aging system and answered all of our questions. Jimmy also cleaned a long-standing condensate drain issue that had been causing water to run down the side of our house and installed our new Ecobee thermostat. He was patient, thorough, and clearly cared about doing quality work. It's refreshing to work with someone who takes pride in his job and treats customers with respect. Based on our experience, I would not hesitate to recommend Jimmy and Coastal Heating & Cooling. Great customer service, honest advice, and a technician who genuinely cares about helping his customers.
