Needed 24 hour AC repair when the AC stopped working late at night. Someone answered right away, came out sooner than expected, and had the cooling back before things got too uncomfortable.

We recently finished over our garage but didn't want the massive expense of extending our home's main duct network out there. This crew suggested a wall-mounted zone system, which was the absolute perfect solution for the layout. They drilled a single discreet exterior hole for the lines and mounted the sleek indoor unit exactly where we wanted it. The room is now an incredibly comfortable office space that we can heat or cool independently from the rest of the house.

Our entire cooling system completely shut down on the absolute hottest afternoon of the summer so far. I called their emergency line, and they were able to get an experienced technician out to our place within a few hours. He quickly located a shorted low-voltage wire that had tripped the main circuit board. He repaired the connection and had our home cooling down before sunset.

It turned out that my AC was not working due to the fact that my evaporator coil needed replacement. They explained everything to me before starting the work and charged me fairly for the service. It works flawlessly now.

They're always helpful, professional, and thorough. I got same-day help for my heat and AC repair. The tech was really qualified and took his time. He even convinced me that repairing my unit was better than replacing it. Very satisfied!
