We recently had our entire house re-piped, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, Joe was knowledgeable, professional, and always on time. The estimate was fair and clearly explained, which gave us a lot of confidence moving forward. His crew did an outstanding job throughout the entire project. They stayed on schedule, kept everything neat and clean, and treated our home with care and respect. What really stood out was the attention to detail — especially with the patch and repair work on the walls and ceilings. Everything was done perfectly, and you can tell they took pride in their craftsmanship. We will definitely being using Joe for all of our future plumbing projects. We highly recommend Joe and his team for any of your plumbing needs.

I highly recommend Joe Ferris. It changed out my water heater. He was efficient and professional and did an excellent job. He gave me an upfront price with no surprises. He was fast and on time.

We were in need of a new water valve in order to connect our new refrigerator. When I called Joe and explained our urgent need of service, as the new refrigerator was due to be installed the next day, he reassured us he would be able to do it in time. The service was completed promptly, with Bryce performing a very professional job. He went right to work, knowing exactly what to do.and kept the area neat and clean. We would not hesitate to have the Ferris Family Plumbing take care of any plumbing needs.

Complete Repiping due to slab leak. Joe came out as a referral from a close friend. I had an estimate from another referral too. But Joe was way more thorough on job prep, knowledgeable on everything, extremely kind, honest and his care showed. Quick responses with every question too. The job was right on time, his crew was pleasant and his dry wall guy did amazing flawless work. 25 year warranty included and best price! He also did a great job replacing a fixture in my shower! You can’t go wrong with Ferris!

Joe is quick to respond and his pricing is fair. He came and fixed a leaking hose bib for us, leaking for months, fixed in only an hour! We’re so happy we found a plumber we can trust.
