I was having trouble looking for a specific HDMI cable today evening. I asked for help and two employees were able to find what I was looking for. I believe his name is Dominic but I don’t remember the other employees name. It was 2 males. I like that they didn’t gave up until they find the item in their computer system. They really both went above and beyond. Best Buy employees have great customer service skills! I highly recommend here.

From reading the reviews I can only deduce that excellent customer service is only reserved for certain guests. My husband and I went to our local Best Buy to switch mobile carriers. I had all of my information ready to do the switch, should have taken less than 30 minutes as I have done this process many times at Best Buy due to the convenience and ease (seldom a wait). I was pushed towards opening an account with Verizon instead of AT&T and when I declined they out of hand told me that they could not open the account, that their store ONLY sells Verizon despite advertising AT&T directly over our heads and that if they are able to the stores cannot match promotions like phone trade-ins. All which I knew to be false. Confirmed with store supervisor Brandon, who gave me a very unconvincing apology, that they had outright lied to us.

I would like to commend Steven, a customer service employee at the Mission Viejo Best Buy. We had an installation issue with some items we purchased and I called the store and was fortunate enough to speak with Steven. He looked up our installation, checked out the pictures and concurred with us about the issue we were having. He problem solved the situation in an extremely professional manner and remedied the issue. In recent years, dealing with any customer service I've seldom encountered someone like Steven who was so professional, courteous, and understanding. He truly is a remarkable employee! Thank you Steven.

Excellent customer service! I recently purchased via Prime day for in store pick up. The pick up experience was smooth and they also recycled my old TV, fire stick, old cable remotes and cable. Joe even came out to my car to retrieve the old TV for recycling. Thank you for making this so easy!!
