Stone age technology, 14 mbps as an average download speed is abysmal. Anything besides free for that is robbery. Mcdonalds free wifi is better. Not to mention, DAILY server disconnections. Stay away from this terrible isp. Nothing but a waste of space in the business market.

We've been happy customers of Giggle Fiber for years, but their customer service really impressed me when we started suddenly to have a weaker signal. The technician, Leo, came out and determined that the connections had been damaged by the elements and rodents, so he ran a new cable from the pole to the house. And then he agreed to run new cabling within the house to the modem, thereby allowing us to remove the outside cable that was an eyesore on a historical home. Leo spent a lot of time running that new cable, and did not charge us. Needless to say, we think Giggle Fiber has the best customer service of any internet provider out there. Thanks Leo!

I have had Giggle Fiber service for the past year, and I have been very pleased with the service. First their pricing is extremely competitive and I get 2Gbps symmetrical speeds for less than I paid with my previous internet provider for 600Mpbs up / 20 Mbps down. The service has also been very reliable with no downtime issues. My previous internet provider had ~98% uptime, but any downtime when working at home is an incredible pain. There would be 2 or 3 days a year with my previous internet service that I would wake up in the morning without internet service and no estimated time for restoration. And I think the best part is Giggle is a local small business. When I call customer service, I get a live person answering the phone and I do not have to navigate through an AI chat bot and a phone tree for 10 minutes. Overall I highly recommend subscribing if you live in one of their service areas. Giggle is without a doubt the best internet option available.

Andrew was very helpful throughout the entire process. He was able to schedule set up and installation at my earliest convenience and reached out after to check in. The technicians set up and installed a line to my unit quickly and cleaned up the minimal mess made. No issues with connection or speed so far
