The technician was a breath of fresh air after struggling with another company that recommended unnecessary work for a significant amount. He was knowledgeable, explaining everything to my satisfaction, and i will now switch companies to this one. He also showed up way ahead of the scheduled appointment and solved my problem for a reasonable price.

My a/c was installed 3 years ago. All of sudden it stopped working. Called this company and they came out within a couple of hours to service my unit. Come to find out, my unit had a clogged drain and full drain pan. A tech came out to service my a/c. He did a great job fixing the issue. Also, the supervisor worked with me on the price. We now have cool air again! Thanks this company!

Technician is thorough, knowledgeable, informative, and very personable. He diagnosed problems other AC men missed and offered solutions. We are scheduled to have furnace replaced so no work has been done except for his evaluation but it seemed excellent enough for me so far to change my service to this company.
