Last year was my first time filing taxes and I wanted professional help so I came here. The lady asked for my bank information but she didn’t set me up for direct deposit. I have no idea why she didn’t mention setting it up. If it was an error on my part I wish she would’ve contacted me so I could fix it. Had to drive 7 hours back to my parents house to pick it up. Took me about 15 minutes to learn how to file my own taxes this year because I refused to go back

I’m still waiting on my return from 2021. Learned my lesson; sometimes you’re better off paying a little extra to actually get the job done! These people must have been told to give them 5 stars ⭐️ or they are family! So unorganized and the lady can’t even answer a question that google had to answer for me .
