This place changed its name to Performance Fire. DO NOT USE THEM. They will always find something to rack up endless bills. Massive bills for everything, sprinkler changes, service charges, pull stations. They ALWAYS find something to replace, every year, without fail. That's their marching orders. Look for some other trustworthy fire inspector, not this one. Good luck

In May 2023, this company inspected our facility for fire safety. While they seemed professional, they failed to follow up on repairing the valves that failed the 5-year annual inspection. They claimed they could not perform annual inspections on the fire hydrants for only 5-year which is significantly more. They did not take any notes or follow up on the discrepancies we found. I would not recommend them. They also did a walkthrough of all our fire extinguishers and did not follow through with anything. I had to take initiative to repair all our discrepancies with another company because this company clearly does not take fire safety serious. Peoples lives are at risk.

Called in advance to pick up a specific extinguisher, they instructed me on how to operate it and they even gave me their expert opinions on where to install it. I highly recommend this place!

I would recommend that every home have fire extinguishers, I just installed two in my home and one in my car. I recommend this company to friends and family!
