Stay away from this company if you want to be professionally Insured, I’ve been with this company since 2009, I add an Ice Cream Truck on 2015 and been charged every month since then, recently they renew my policy and unauthorized change my occupation on the policy and doubled the price using another one of my vehicles as the main one in the account, when I went to tell them to reverse my policy, they told me that on the first place that company doesn’t accept Ice Cream Trucks when it was even stated in the policy, they say this people from Town Insurance purposely select another category to make it fit and sell the policy but if I ever had an accident they were not going to accept it but they surely accept the payments all this years, this is FRAUD, and the person next to me got told that his Junk Removal business didn’t fit in the criteria of the insurance they were offering to him but they were going to say he does Landscaping to make him fit, same type of FRAUD. I’m changing companies right away, the first one I choose was already better than them. And the Insurance company that accepted my Ice Cream truck knowing they don’t cover Ice Cream Trucks and charged me all this years was KEMPER COMMERCIAL. Who knows if they work together. If I could give this place 0 stars I would Don’t recommend this place very unprofessional will overcharge you recommend going somewhere else if you want some decent insurance for your cars you’ll just be wasting your money and time coming here

This is the worst insurance company I've ever dealt with. I strongly advise against using them. Despite being a loyal customer since 2009 over 15 years with an excellent credit score and no accidents or incidents, they unexpectedly decided to spike my clients rates by over 100%. The client never even utilized there insurance policy have only kept the insurance for coverage and peace of mind in the case an incident would occur. If you come across this company and still consider using them, avoid Alberto at all costs and cut your losses where you can.
