I am happy with the service overall. Since I've had this service for several years, along with different technicians, I find some technicians pay more attention to the job at hand than others. You know when someone takes pride in their job and someone that "just wants to get to the next job."

When all was said and done, both men that came out were absolutely so professional, friendly, and really knew their business. I am so glad that we went with Corkys. They were both really reassuring to me. And a special thank you to Manny for calming me down every time I called

Lorena was my first contact when I called this morning. She was wonderful! Very kind, patient, understanding, knowledgeable, helpful, and took lots of time answering all my questions! The service man was out this afternoon and set up the bait traps inside and outside the house and explained everything. He said that they will be out next week but if we want them to come remove any dead rodents before then that they would be happy to come out! Very kind and helpful! First impression was very positive - 12 on a 10 point scale! We are looking forward to working with them!!
