They took it over from an overpriced and frankly pushy & difficult competitor. Mike actually worked with me to come up with solutions that were both cost effective and extremely fast to get major items fixed, inspected, and approved. And his team was so helpful that I ended up adding a few more services that I was not intending on doing just yet but made sense to knock out.
