Always a good experience in this store and the staff is very helpful. Hours online and when you call the store indicate they close at 9 but when I showed up at 8:20 they were closed and have a sign that says they close at 8. Multiple people came up confused when the doors didn’t open. Will update this review to the staff’s very well-deserved 5 stars when the store hours are updated online.

Techs always willing to help. They get the job done as soon as possible and will go above and beyond to assist, always with a positive attitude. The self service is highly convenient as well.

We went to get a filing cabinet and went to the front. A young woman checked the SKU but they didn't have any. She told us we could order it online so my wife said "Could you order it for us" to which the rep said " Uh all the associates are busy helping customers...". What are we? We left and went to Staples.

Very capable place but 1 star less because of their minimum $2.50 fee policy for their counter assistance service. If your job is less than $2.50, it will still cost you $2.50 minimum.

I went today to print some evidence because tomorrow I have a cut and the girl who attended me from the beginning seemed to have had a bad day, one of the copies I needed zoomed in so that I use the entire sheet and cut the image so that I will not be able to use it tomorrow
