The owner worked side by side with his employees every day and I was kept up to date. I had continuous communication with the responsible party which is vital when your roof comes off. He brings a lifetime of experience and this may be the most honest work I have ever seen. The inspector told me he was impressed by what he saw. The starting price estimated was lower than others with an honest explanation that no one knows the true costs until tear-off is completed. Hours and materials must additionally be calculated. I asked for a ballpark estimate of what additional costs would likely be and that budget was never exceeded. Bulk discounts were passed on to me. After comparing several roofers, I am satisfied with pricing I received; especially, given the amount of work that was performed. OTHER COMPANIES contracts had surcharges for every change; or, arbitration clauses that require signing away civil litigation rights to a non-specific place. The crew was diligent, safe and hard working. Cleanup was total every day. They are partnered with the manufacturer for warranty.
