Contacted SCCA after hours at 6pm about my AC not working. There automated system texted me asking questions and said a rep would contact me the next day. At 8:06am I received a text informing me a tech could be out and gave me a window. The tech arrived on time, idenfied the problem, recommended how to correct it, gave me a price quote and fixed the AC all in less than 90 minutes. Friendly tech was Sam Rios.

About a week ago our AC stopped working. Called them to make an appt. Sam was very detailed and professional. He explain to me what was wrong and why it had happen. He was very thorough and clean with his work. He replaced the contactor and capacitor to fix my AC problem. I was very happy and satisfied with them. Will definitely refer them to anyone who have issue with their AC

Alastair responded to a service request the my wife made. Our AC was not blowing cold air at all. Alastair came buy, looked at the problem and it was just a faulty connection. He repaired it for a VERY reasonable price and now I am back to freezing my butt off as my wife likes to keep the temperature of a meat locker in here! I do highly recommend this company for air conditioning service.

we've been with SCCA many years and have always been so pleased w professional, friendly service! Alistair is such a positive person who not only is so knowledgeable, efficient, but gives his boss and company a big plus reputation! Thanks! you're lucky to have Alistair!
