I took a leap of faith when I found him online, and was nervous, without a referral, due to the sensitive information I would need to hand over. He never made me feel like I was a burden, and was responsive, helpful, and informative throughout the entire process, start to finish. Better yet--Alex got me the substantial refund I was owed.
