Unresponsive, unprofessional, and went back on a written agreement. I would not recommend working with the property manager Carter Harrington. He was extremely difficult to reach: emails and phone calls went unanswered, and texts typically got a reply only every 2–4 days. He didn't show up for the scheduled tour. He simply left the door unlocked and wasn't there to answer questions. After several weeks of texting back and forth, we agreed on lease terms in writing over text, and I was told a formal agreement would follow. After four days of silence, I followed up. He then said another company wanted the space on a longer lease and I'd need to match it. From what I could find, that company no longer operates in California, so the claim didn't add up to me. When I referenced our agreed terms, he said he never agreed to them and claimed he had no idea who I was, despite weeks of text conversation. He then told me that if I still wanted the space, I would have to draft the lease proposal myself for him to send to the building owner. Overall, the communication was poor, written commitments weren't honored, and I was expected to do work that's normally the property manager's job. Prospective tenants should get everything in a signed lease before relying on anything he says.

Matt was a pleasure to work with! He helped me find a Class A office space- very smooth experience, and he also negotiated wonderful terms. Would highly recommend him to anyone in the area!!

We've called 3 times and sent an email. I can't believe that we can't get ahold of anyone to lease a spot. If you aren't going to answer, then you should take down your sign and your loopnet listing. We are going elsewhere.
