Sylvain helped our family back in the new millennia 26 years ago, from the ground up and built a complete new per spec SFR home of our dreams in wonderful Newport Beach Ca! Furthermore, now on our third & entering the fourth generation and still to this very present day - our families still thoroughly enjoy our home! Sylvain is like family to us and we invite him to our gatherings, because we love him and being so knowledgeable in all the building construction trades, he has done with our property. Sylvain of Newport Custom Builders also completely renovated our mid-century rental. He met our needs and we are very impressed! Sylvain took on all the challenges dealing with architect, engineering and city permits and inspections of all-encompassing with our property needs. He is timely, efficient, considerate & more than fair in working with your budget considerations. Even with time constraints works one on one -to get any building project scope completed! There are not enough superlatives to express of this great hard working trusted man Sylvain truly is. Lastly, Sylvain of Newport Custom Builders is the best in getting within budget, timely, completely and more than fair of all of any building project's needs. Simply put, Sylvain hands on gets the job done! So, with that, thank you ever so much "Silver" to make this all happen and all our families' dreams come true. On behalf of my family and myself - you are superb Sylvain & Cheers to you! Best regards on behalf of our family, Mr. Hutchinson
