I highly recommend this company for duct work cleaning! Scheduling an appointment was so easy and convenient. I was informed via text message of earlier openings, appointment reminders, and ETA of service. At the time of service I was greeted with professionalism, they were willing to answer any questions, and even took before and after photos. Air duct pros came on a rainy day and took care to keep my floors clean. They explained the procedure throughout the cleaning process and cleaned up after they left. I can not recommend air duct pros not only for their affordability, but the attention to detail and excellent customer service!

The tech was stupendous! Contacted me 10 minutes before arrival. Put shoe covers on even though it wasn't required in this dry weather. Listened to my issue and worked very quickly. Put the new part in and tested the whole system out. Very very personable. What a joy to have him work on my heat pump. Would highly recommend him! Thank you for taking care of my problem quickly

The customer service staff was friendly attentive and tried to schedule a technician depending on our convenience and urgency. The Technicians were also friendly, attentive, and professional. Listened to our explanation of our electrical issue and went straight to work on determining the cause and figuring out the resolution. He was so fast he got it resolved within an hour and the cost was a great value. I am so glad to have contacted them. They are now going to be my go to for any future household issues!
