Kristen has been handling my home insurance for about 5 years. if i ever have a snag with billing or whatnot, she is fast to help. when i speak with her on the phone, i feel like i am her only client. she is kind and knows her business well. well its been a spell since i wrote this review and IT STILL HOLDS TRUE!!! I just wanted to say thank you AGAIN to one of the best insurance brokers I’ve ever worked with, Kristen Wilson Lee at Wilson Insurance Brokers. A lot of insurance brokers collect their money and disappear when you actually need help, but Kristen was the complete opposite. I was having several issues with my policies during a refinance, and she was there every step of the way helping me through it. Kristen Wilson of Wilson Insurance offers greater help and assistance upon semi-annual renewal of my vehicle, the original insurer (A VERY BIG insurance company in US) increased my semi-annual premium to 190% from my previous premium. Certainly, I'm not young and unexperienced driver and I have no CLAIM record so far, this is the new vehicle indeed. With great help of Kristen, I luckily renewed my insurance coverage before the expiry date. (Actually, it only spent her few days) only and the new premium is similar to the last policy. I have to thanks for Kristen's efforts and professionalism. Kristen is recommended to those needs help in new and/or renewal of any insurance policies.
