Working with Erika to design my new apartment was one of the easiest decisions I made on this place. I came in with no real direction, just knew I liked her work and trusted her taste. Letting her take the lead was the best call. She built everything around a vintage sofa she found and layered in pieces that make the space feel elevated without trying too hard. The layout is what really stands out. The apartment didn’t have clear zones before, and now it just works. I’ve got a place to eat, a functional work setup, and a living area that feels dialed in. None of that would’ve crossed my mind. She made the process simple and delivered something way better than I would’ve done on my own. Highly recommend.

Working with Erika began after a flood led to an unexpected remodel, and what started as a consultation quickly grew into a full partnership on my home. She guided me through every step, from major decisions like hard surfaces and kitchen slabs to the smallest details, always making me feel confident along the way. I said so many times thank goodness we have Erika in our corner, her knowledge and insight on how things go together was a blessing, Erika was my safe haven through our remodel. Her eye for detail and talent in capturing the design and feel for my home was wonderful. While at her Design Market, she captured pieces that resonated with me. I loved the design and pieces so much I asked her to continue with my living room and primary bedroom. While keeping my home feeling comfortable she helped me go out of the box on a few pieces (I call those pieces "my Erika moments") and I love those design elements so much and glad I trusted her vision. Erika has a way of really listening, then elevating your ideas into something even better than you imagined. Maybe it is a family heirloom, an antique piece, a picture, then Erika will find a way to incorporate the piece or pieces for that final touch. That just brightened my world and I enjoy all the beautiful layering as I walk through my home. My home has been brought to life again, a fresh look that feels timeless, and truly personal to my family. I’m so grateful for her help, it was an amazing experience and I would absolutely recommend her.

We had a great experience working with Erika at Nested! She really understood what we were going for and helped us bring new life into the house while still respecting its original character. She was really great at listening to what we wanted and also anticipating things we hadn’t even thought of yet.
