Had them help me with a restricted grant deed to satisfy CA Coastal Commission. I recorded it but later found out clerical errors were not acceptable to get my Coastal Development Permit. I had to have them fix the errors and then record again. Set me back at least 2 weeks with a team of construction workers being idle. Ugh

I’ve picked this company because of their great five star google reviews. We hired an attorney from this law firm, her name was Juliet. She appears to have experience more comparable to a paralegal than a seasoned attorney. In my opinion, simply holding a law license does not necessarily mean someone is fully prepared to practice effectively, and she is not good. She tried hard to find a way to stop helping us. She prefers working with wealthy clients or easy case and does not appear willing to assist those facing financial hardship. Rather than strongly advocating for her financial hardship clients, she often encourages them to stop pursuing their cases. While she explains legal matters clearly and seems generally honest, she is not personable and does not demonstrate strong advocacy skills. At times, she pressured clients to withdraw their cases by threatening them to provide the material she needs instead of developing a solid legal strategy try to help them. Although she usually responds to emails within a day or two, I do not believe her services justify the $300–$400 hourly rate. At that price, clients reasonably expect an attorney who will actively fight for their case and provide strategic guidance. Instead, my experience was that she discouraged continued pursuit of the matter. Overall, I do not feel that she provides the level of representation clients deserve based on my experience using her. These five google reviews are not all the truth.
