If you’re still considering which painter contract with, PLEASE READ – BuiltPro Painting is awesome! I initially contacted BuiltPro to see about painting my rusted wrought iron guard on the balcony. I spoke with Tim for 10 minutes or so, and he spoke in detail to me about the rust and what to expect in refinishing a rusty wrought iron guardrail. He told me to make sure of certain things if I was to contract with another painter, but never tried to pressure me to use him or contract with his company. Ultimately, I decided to get the entire exterior of my home painted (including the guard rail) and I started getting quotes. I contacted 4 or 5 companies including Tim and Builtpro. Long story short, Tim just asked me to take pictures of the house all around and was able to provide a super DETAILED and professional quote online detailing what would be done in each picture I sent, versus the other painting contractors telling me that they need to meet and see the house in person which is always an inconvenience and takes a lot of time (I had 2 others actually come out). Tim’s quote was literally 25% cheaper than the other 2 or 3 quotes I got, and due to his professionalism and the detailed quote, I decided to go with BuiltPro Painting. The workers came ON TIME (even early) on Monday and every day, and were very clean, polite and professional. Edgar, who was the lead, spoke very good English and it was easy to communicate with him. He addressed all the issues I raised, they fixed all the stucco holes and cracks (not just patch over it - they broke the stucco open and fixed the inside instead of just applying a ‘bandaid’), they cleaned and re-caulked all my patio doors, and overall did an excellent job. Edgar and the three other workers Alexis, Adrian, and Louis were all very detailed and hard working and I am very pleased with the final result. They were clean and moved back all the sheds, and took down a satellite dish on the wall that we no longer use. They finished the entire job in 3 days. I would totally recommend BuiltPro based on my great experience with them! Attached a few pictures.

Look no further than BuiltPro. I am currently project managing a complex remodel and listing prep in Dove Canyon, and after spending hours vetting and comparing local contractors, BuiltPro was the most reliable and reasonably priced team by far. They handled both the exterior paint and interior work with incredible attention to detail. They are personable, professional, and truly came through in the clutch to get this property market-ready. Tim, James, Monica, Pablo, Eduardo, and Angel are all fantastic people—I cannot recommend them highly enough. Your search for a top-tier painting contractor ends here.

Tim and his crew are awesome! Professional, Communicative, clean and quick. They did a great job sanding, power washing, and exterior staining. Can’t recommend Tim and BuiltPro Painting highly enough!

I contracted this month with Builtpro Painting to accomplish the painting of the interior of my home. The Owner Tim Meyer (himself a prior painter - a fact I wanted to mention here as it was one of my deciding factors to select them for the project) came over to review the project and I walked him through my home, telling him my general color choices and pointing out several issues of cracking and other miscellaneous issues that would need repair prior to painting. Tim took notes and several photos of the rooms and advised he would provide a detailed quote within a day. I advised there is a chance we may do some of the work ourselves, and Tim stated he would provide a quote by room so we can decide what rooms we would like to have his company paint. As promised, we received a very detailed quote shortly thereafter which was detailed with pictures and quoted prices per room which I both found impressive and appreciated. Turns out the quotation was reasonably priced and I was impressed with him thus far so I contracted for his company to paint every room. A paint job in the interior of a home requires a lot of interaction and coordination with the painters, but Builtpro Painters George and Domingo made things very easy. Each morning they arrived on time and started working, finishing each day the promised time of 430pm, stopping only for their lunch break. Tim estimated completion in 4 days, and they met that timeframe and without any additional cost - the contracted price is what we ended up paying. No questionable price increased mid-project like some contractors seem to do. Most importantly, the finished job looked great and made by bride very happy! The job was completed last week and we have had time to review their work, finding no issues. A big thanks Tim and his painters George and Domingo!

BuiltPro Painting came and gave us a really comprehensive competitive bid. Tim (owner) was always available when I called or text him. He sent over his top performer Pablo and his team. They were on time every day, kept us informed on progress and worked efficiently. Any issues were met with a positive “can-do” work ethic! The house is gorgeous and done in 5 days! Just in time for the Fourth of July celebrations! Thank you Tim, Thank you Pablo for a great job restoring the beauty of our home! 100% top notch! Just added our pictures! Our he has great “curb appeal” now! Thank you BuiltPro Painting!
