I manage an office building at 2901 W. Coast Highway in Newport Beach, and we've used Preferred Roofing several times for roof repairs. Garry, Jose, and the entire team have always been responsive, professional, and easy to work with. They quickly identified and fixed our leaks. The quality of their work has been excellent and they always do a thorough cleanup when the job is complete. Their pricing is fair and the process has been smooth every time we've worked with them. I highly recommend Preferred Roofing and wouldn't hesitate to call them again for any future roofing needs.

Worked with Jake and Devin. The reroof was done on time, and of high quality. We have several penetrations and ridges and they did an excellent job. Would recommend to all my neighbors. It has rained since and no issues.

Preferred Roofing did a very expensive metal roof on my house and it is full of dents all over it. Looks absolutely atrocious. Ruined the look of my house. I’ve tried repeatedly to resolve this with them over the course of multiple months but they are refusing to take any responsibility when it is entirely their fault. They are alleging these are all from someone else walking all over my roof, which is complete nonsense. No one has stepped foot on these areas other than THEM when they installed it. So either they did the damage from walking on it or the material they used was faulty. Either way, avoid at all costs.

Preferred Roofing recently restored 2 roofs at one of our retail centers and Coreland Companies is more than pleased with the results. This company is prompt, professional, and provides great solutions!

Highly recommend! Garry, well done!! To anyone reading this review: This company is so outstanding that my significant other and I are actually going to miss seeing the crew show up to work on our roof. (Not kidding.) The roof is absolutely beautiful and the wood repair impressive. Roofing is hard work, yet the crew had the most amazing, friendly and helpful attitude you can imagine. Garry, Bob, Jose and Claudio, and all of the crew for that matter, made certain every detail was addressed. Each deserves singular praise as incredibly honest, professional and just plain fantastic individuals to work with. I wish I could remember the names of all of the crew as they were all terrific. A sincere thank you to Preferred Roofing!
