Talk about top notch customer service!! About a year ago we had to patch a small area on our roof that was damaged during a storm, fast forward a year and the same area had storm damage again. The shingles came off and our roof was exposed. We had some extra shingles from the last repair and called Archway. Eric came out the next day, said they could handle the repair and also noticed that our flue pipe needed to be resealed. He scheduled the repair a couple days later and is taking care of us. Hats off to Eric for standing by the work he and his team provide and for building repeat business. It would have been easy for him to brush us off as there are tons of houses needing new roofs in our area due to the recent storms but he didn’t, he stood by his work and delivered a fast solution. 5 Stars for Archway Storm Restoration and Eric!

Eric came out super quick to look at my roof after a recent storm. Although no significant damage was found, he was able make a few adjustments and told me to monitor it, as well as offering some repair advice to the ceiling area affected. He fit me in last second during a very busy time and did not charge me anything. He was super knowledgeable, very friendly, and explained everything perfectly. I will 100% use him and his team in the future and will be telling anyone I know that he's the guy! Thank you, Eric!

We had our roof replaced due to hail damage. We also had our soffits and fascia covered. Archway's bid was very competitive and the quality of their work was excellent. The work crew was polite and careful not to cause any damage during the installation process. They made sure the work site was well cleaned at the end of the job. We have recommended Archway to several of our neighbors who have also needed roof replacements.

Archway was terrific when we needed our roof repaired following hail damage. Shane was our project manager. We not only had damage to our roof, but also to some of our siding. Shane worked diligently with our insurance carrier to maximize their reimbursement. The work they did was impecable. Initially, our siding did not match with the replacement that they installed, but at no additional cost, Shane found matching siding and redid the job so that once completed, the repair matched perfectly. It was so easy to just hand the needed work over to Archway and be done with the repair to our satisfaction - it was a job well done.
