Suburban Roofing Llc does excellent roofing work and operates with a very high standard. i was really impressed by the roof installation and the quality of the roofing materials, flashing, and overall workmanship. Evan showed real care for customer service, arrived on time, stayed on schedule, and made sure the property was cleaned up well after the crew finished. he was easy to talk to, answered questions clearly, and shared useful roofing knowledge and experience. good communication made the whole project feel organized and much less stressful, which gave me confidence during an important home improvement job. Since then, he also completed gutter work for three rental homes and later installed another new roof on one of them in Newport Beach. When an older roof started leaking, Jay made a smart scheduling decision and moved a crew from a less urgent project to handle the more immediate roofing repair and replacement need. That quick response helped prevent further water damage and made the home safe and comfortable again for a young family. i would highly recommend this roofer to homeowners looking for reliable service, quality roof installation, gutter work, fair pricing, and people who truly care about doing the job right. louis and the crew delivered great results.

We feel very lucky to have found such a great roofing company for our home. They installed our new roof and did an excellent job from start to finish. More recently, we noticed a small attic leak around one of the roof ventilation fans they had put in. Their team came out within 24 hours of our call and not only repaired the leak, but also replaced the attic fan at no charge because of their strong warranty. Our roof still looks excellent and has been holding up very well through heat, sun, wind, and changing weather. We highly recommend them for roofing, soffit, siding, and attic ventilation repairs. Evan and the crew were very friendly, quick to respond, and easy to work with. It is rare to find a roofing team this dependable, professional, and helpful. We cannot say enough good things about the quality of their work and customer service.

I wish I had before-and-after photos to share, but I can say this roofing team worked fast and did a great job. They were very professional from the first call to the final cleanup. They responded quickly, answered every question clearly, and explained the roofing materials and repair steps in simple terms. We were so glad we chose them. The crew was hardworking, skilled, and knew exactly how to handle a long-term roof leak. My mother’s roof had been leaking for many years, causing damage inside the home, and no one else had been able to solve it. After hiring this team, they finally fixed the problem. Since the repair, the roof has not leaked, and we have real peace of mind. They completed the work quickly, used the materials they promised, and showed real care for the quality of the roof repair. In a hot climate like California, having a solid, dependable roof matters, and this team delivered. They were worth every dollar, and we truly appreciate their excellent roofing service.

i was referred to evan by a friend who had her roof replaced recently and had a really good experience. after noticing a roof leak, i did what i usually do for a bigger home project and got three roofing estimates before making a decision. out of all the quotes, evan and his crew stood out for their clear explanation, fair pricing, and professional approach. the roofing team handled both the house roof and garage roof fast and efficiently, and the whole job moved along smoothly from start to finish. they showed up on time, stayed organized, and worked with real skill. the cleanup was excellent too, and when they finished, the property looked neat like they had barely been there. the workmanship looks great, and you can tell they have strong roofing experience with shingles, leak repair, and full roof replacement. evan was easy to talk to, local to Newport Beach, and made the whole process stress free. i highly recommend this roofing company for quality work, professionalism, and dependable service.

The roofing team has been amazing. I had a serious roof leak after a big storm, and they were out inspecting my roof right away. I was very stressed, but Andres was extremely helpful and patient with all of my questions, even outside normal hours. They shared photos throughout the roofing process and kept me updated at every step. They came out in person for the inspection and quote, which made everything much easier. Their pricing was very fair, especially for the quality of the roofing materials they use and the strong transferable warranty they offer. I also appreciated how careful and respectful the crew was around my home. They did excellent work, handled everything professionally, and even helped with a few small interior repairs caused by the roof leak. Living in California, roof protection from heat, sun, and seasonal storms really matters, and this company made me feel confident that my home is well protected. I’m very happy with the service and the final result.
