I had an excellent experience with Minuteman Press! I called in for a last-minute print job for my business, and even though it was a small order, they treated it with urgency and professionalism. From the very first phone call, everything was clearly explained to me, which made the process stress-free and efficient. I had an outstanding experience with Minuteman Press in Newport Beach for both printing and mailing services. I needed a rush order of postcards printed the same day, and their team delivered quickly without compromising on quality. The print quality is excellent, and their customer service is genuinely friendly and professional. What really stood out was how seamless they made the entire direct mail process. For a separate campaign, I simply provided my mailing list, and they handled everything - from printing to addressing and mailing. They even cleaned and verified the addresses at no extra cost, which saved me a ton of time and hassle. I also appreciated that they always sent a proof before printing, so I knew exactly what to expect. Shipping was fast as well. My postcards are scheduled to arrive within 1–3 days. Huge shoutout to Feride for going above and beyond.
