Extremely poor work, no shame at all. They never show up, constantly promising to fix their mistakes and don't call when they don't show up

I want to resend my previous review of this company . My overflow on my air conditioner was clogged up and I can’t get on my roof anymore. I called them and they told me it’s $95.00 that would be applied to the cost of the repair. I was leaving for a vacation and wanted it done before I left. The young man came out and said he knew what was wrong. He went on the roof put an air hose in the overflow pipe and blew out the clog. He was gone in a total of 10 minutes. My credit card was charged $180.00 for 10 minutes. That figures out to be $1,080.00 per hour. They were good in the past but sense they merged with another company the prices will kill you . Just shop around for a better deal. I will not be back to this company.

Marlon arrived with a great attitude for the day's project. He did an amazing job for what appeared to be a challenging issue. His colleague Edward came by to assist with some digital issues. I appreciate teamwork, as we all often can use some assistance. Everything was fixed and works great...again! Pros 360 ROCKS!!

Pros360 is the absolute best. I’ve had the pleasure of working with them at 2 different homes and their service can’t be beat. Professional, clean, punctual, knowledgeable, kind, all the things! Eduard was my recent technician and he was thorough, kind and no question I had stumped him. The monthly membership is one I am happy to have. Thanks Pros360! See you in 6 months.
