⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 — Outstanding Service from American Eagle Fire Protection We recently hired American Eagle Fire Protection to inspect and service our hotel on Catalina Island, and the experience was truly exceptional from start to finish. Because we operate in a remote location, finding reliable fire protection services can be challenging—but American Eagle Fire Protection went above and beyond in every way. Hila, the Office Manager, deserves special recognition. She worked tirelessly—literally day and late into the night—to get us a fast, accurate quote and coordinate travel logistics for their team to reach Catalina. Her communication was professional, responsive, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. Our onsite technician, Shon, was equally impressive. He arrived prepared, was extremely knowledgeable, and immediately got to work. His inspection was thorough, detailed, and highly professional. At the end, he reviewed everything with us step-by-step so we clearly understood the results and the items that needed attention. Once the repairs were completed, the team followed through exactly as promised—sending the full inspection report later that same evening. In my 25 years in the hotel industry, with annual fire inspections across multiple properties, I can honestly say that American Eagle Fire Protection is the best fire protection company I’ve ever worked with. Their responsiveness, professionalism, and commitment to quality service truly stand out. Even with the challenges of servicing a remote island property, they never missed a beat. If you’re looking for a dependable, experienced, and customer-focused fire protection company, I highly recommend American Eagle Fire Protection. If I could give them 10 stars, I absolutely would!

Best customer service in an industry where that is not necessarily a given. Shon and his team are VERY reliable and always came on time with constant updates when we had to do quite a bit of work for our fire sprinklers and fire alarm bell. Also, importantly, the price quotes were very competitive. Long story short, I highly recommend American Eagle Fire Protection.

I had a great experience with American Eagle Fire Protection! Sharon was fantastic—professional, courteous, and really knew his stuff. He made sure everything was thoroughly inspected and in perfect working order. It’s refreshing to work with a company that truly cares about safety and customer service. I’ll definitely be using them again and highly recommend their services!
