I’m so glad we chose Prime Hardwood Floors. We got three bids and I felt comfortable with the representative from Prime and then when the bid came in I was so pleased. I’m so grateful that we chose Prime not only for the pricing but for the great people they sent to do the work. Such talented and experienced professionals. Alfonso asked questions and made sure we were happy every step of the way.

As a designer, I am very particular about workmanship, so I don’t give praise lightly. The team that refinished our wood floors exceeded every expectation. From start to finish, they were incredibly conscientious, careful, and respectful of the home. They paid attention to the smallest details and were very well priced! The floors turned out beautifully, exactly the look I was hoping for, and the finish is flawless. I would recommend them without hesitation. As someone who works in design and notices every detail, I can confidently say they did an exceptional job. I only wish every company I work with were as wonderful as Prime Hardwood Floors!

Before is images and After is the video! These guys did an amazing job and they’re so honest which is hard to come by with contractors. They quoted me 16 boards that needed fixing and they came back and said in fact only 6 needed to be fixed and they reduced my quote. Really really honest which I value more than anything. They even went out of their way after LADWP shut off the house power for some reason and got a generator to finish the job. One thing I wish I did a little differently is I wish I went out and bought some stains myself to do a bit more testing on colors. But with that said I’m still really happy with the way they turned out. I should also mention that they have really reasonable pricing around $6.50/sqft to refinish. Sometimes I feel like contractors ask for your address to see if you live in an area or zip code where they can charge more and Prime didn’t do that which I respect. I’m in week 1 of new refinished floors. I will update my review as we test the durability over time.

Absolutely loved how our floors turned out! The Prime Hardwood floor team was so responsive and communicative throughout the entire process - very impressed how on top of everything they were. After years of being covered up with carpet, our floors have new life. We had a number of boards that needed to be replaced and you can hardly tell the new boards apart from the originals. Couldn't recommend this team more!

After several years of wanting my floors redone, I reached out to Prime Hardwood Floors. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Not only were they professional, courteous And hard-working, but the price was affordable. The two gentlemen that came out, explained every part of the process to us as it was happening and communicated to us what to expect. While the work was being done in our home, the owner of the company came by to check on the work. They went above and beyond to make our experience wonderful, and I absolutely 100 Percent recommend them.
