The only HVAC licensed company that I trust to service the property I manage but also service my home. They are professional as well as friendly. Their whole staff is helpful and conscientious. They truly want to understand what the issue is to help problem solve. The service was fast and efficient and they were able to schedule my service in the middle of a heat wave. I have been a satisfied customer for years.

Gabriel is an AC genie! He is knowledgeable, personable, and polite. He diagnosed the problem which required a new motor and capacitor. Gabriel called his supply sources and was able to locate the parts. He asked one of his associates to pick them up and bring them to the job site so he could complete the job and my tenant would have AC back in this sweltering heat. From now on, Gabriel and Mor Air will be my preferred and go to repair service for all of my properties. Much appreciated, Gabriel.

Gabriele Portillo literally saved the day. Had the AC go out in a very hot day and he arrived with in two hours of contacting them. Serviced the whole system plus added service to the ADU and everything is working so much better than even before. He also explained everything very clearly as he was working on it so I knew exactly what he was doing. Had good energy. Will definitely be asking specifically for him in the future.

We have been using Mario for all of our past maintenance needs for HVAC. But this one was a big one. Replacing the whole entire system and upgrading ducts. Not what we needed at this time financially, but he had the best price for the work that he quoted. He checked in every morning and night and his workers were prompt. They were very thorough in their evaluation and completion of the entire project. While I really was overwhelmed by the cost and volume of repairs we needed, knowing I chose the best team was reassuring that everything would be handled correctly. I would refer anyone to him.

I’m so impressed with the AC service from Mor Air. Our technician, Mario Mora, was a true professional. What I appreciated most was that he clearly took the time to do it right the first timerather than rushing through the job. He was thorough, explained everything clearly, and made sure our unit was running perfectly before he left.
