I had an excellent experience with this insurance company. I had very specific circumstances and needed coverage the same day. They helped me secure great insurance in just one day, exactly when I needed it. Anna was terrific—professional, attentive, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. First I want to say that the second person that I talked to tried to help me. The problem is. I emailed this YS agency in writing that I could not afford the car insurance that I currently had it was up for renewal. They never notified the insurance company that I wanted to cancel and now I am being told that I am responsible for payment - even though in writing i told them i did not want it. This is unethical and bad business practice. I will be putting in a complaint with the BBB.

My experience with YS Insurance is not only unscathed, but truly very calming. Why? I ran a construction company for 17 years. Every step of the way she helped me: worker’s comp, general liability, etc. She secured for me the lowest rates ever - hands down. More importantly, because she noticed I was absentminded, she graciously and consistently reminded me, on a monthly basis, to submit my payments. This is a professional firm with a personal touch. Yuliya is the best insurance agent I ever dealt with. She takes time to listen to her customers needs and finds the deals that are affordable and cover everything i need. Unlike the other insurance companies she never tried to sell me unnecessary services and she is always very transparent about pros and cons of the coverage. I just moved to america 6 years ago and did not know much about insurance or coverage or differences between the packages and all the other insurance agents took advantage of it. But now I have YS insurance and I finally know what I’m paying for and how it works! And if I need some additional advice Yulia and her staff are always there for me. Will definitely recommend!
