I have to leave a very good review. I had an issue with a brand new smart toilet. I hired one Plumber who started but couldn’t finish and then I called Valley plumbing and they immediately sent someone to my home when I got off of work in Jamie, the Plumber technician was able to do the job and finish what the first Plumber started and he was very helpful and he left me very satisfied thank you to everyone involved. I will say they were pretty expensive, but they seem to know what they’re doing.

Jaime was punctual and professional. However his complete honesty from what the first plumber said was a breath of fresh air. FINALLY a company and the employee was HONEST!!! They saved me over $1800… always get a second opinion. I did and I have a go to for plumbing now!!! Thanks to you all!!!

Valley Plumbing gave us excellent service. The technician (Steve E) was courteous friendly professional and knowledgeable. He gave us price options and equipment choices, then went about expertly repairing/installing. We feel very fortunate to have found Valley Plumbing & Steve as we can now get on with all the plumbing updates our home needs and wants.

I requested service to fix a broken shower wand and an issue with my water heater. Right from the start, the plumber showed up without the proper tools, eventhough a day before i sent them pictures of the broken adaptor. It took them five hours to fix a small broken pipe adapter that cost $20, and I was charged $250 for that alone. Afterward, there was still a problem with the water temperature. They couldn’t figure out where the issue was coming from, so they opened the shower cartridge—even though that wasn’t the source—and charged me another $300 just for checking that section. They then tried to schedule yet another service visit, quoting $700 just to diagnose the issue, plus an additional $700 to fix it once found. And then they tried to sell me membership which i dont need. Immediately after they left, I called a local plumber. He diagnosed the problem in 15 minutes, fixed everything within an hour, and only charged $240 total. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. If you don’t want to pay an outrageous amount for simple repairs—or be charged hundreds of dollars without real results—stay away from this company. You’re far better off calling a reliable local plumber. This experience felt like a complete scam.

Jamie is very professional! He really knows what he is doing. David was a great support and helper. We couldn’t figure out where was a leaky pipe, but he searched around and find out. We really appreciate his hard work, and help. Also i love how he communicated with us and trying to put himself in our shoes and really help to fix a problem asap! Thank you Jamie & David!
